What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first interaction with a customer we like to thank them for reaching out to us. Establishing customer relationships is very important for everyone involved working on personable project (your home), as well as communication and trust. We also do try to accomodate as best as we can to come to your home as everyone is busy with work, family, school and appointments. We like to allow time for all involved as we need discuss the project, ideas, take measurements then we can take this information and work on an estimate. The turn around time is approximately 1 week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15yrs of experience working in home improvements. I very much enjoy what I do, therefore I like challenges that sometimes come up.
