About
We do things different and we are confident on what we do. We innovate, create and work quickly! We help our customers get what they want and satisfying them with every detail they choose. One of our goals is developing a good relationship and be worthy of the trust of each customer.
Something I enjoy is seeing our customers happy and satisfied on the job that was done. Remodeling, repairing and renovating the house of a client and accomplishing a successful project on what they want and need gets me proud and there isn't a better award and feeling as a "thank you" with a big smile from a satisfied client.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a service with a new client is letting them know me and my business, listen to their inquires, ask questions and paraphrase for understanding. My customers will make the empowering choices and I will walk with them from day one as guide and supporter until the job is done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified roofers with 10 years of experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We don’t have a standard type of pricing, it all depends on the types of roofs we are going to work on, of course we do manage the same pricing on materials we use and hours
How did you get started in this business?
This was never in my plans but wow, it really did call my atention. It started a day I saw how people would get on a ruined roof and convert it to a secure and high quality roof. When I started working in the business I loved how the customers so satified looked at their homes feeling good, confident and protected.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had many types of customers like, some are “just looking.” They're not after anything in particular. Dissatisfied customers. Those loyal customers, the customers that want to buy products and services only at the lowest possible price. Value buyers. Impulsive customers. All very different and some hard to satisfy but most of them easy to work with
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Describe a recent event your found of.
My cousin’s birthday, this past Saturday, we went to celebrate at a restaurant and our family was there and close family Friends, after ordering and eating at his favorite restaurant we went to his house and sang him ''Happy Birthday'', we chatted and well, everyone went home quite late, I had some very interesting conversations and catched up with family and friends knowing what they were up to, after a hard week of work this was very relaxing and felt great to get together
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First evaluate their work ethic and attitude, if they are committed to continuos improvement, workers integrity, experiences and accomplishments and most important if they differentiate themselves from their peers
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
References from previous customers that you can either talk with or see the work in person. Check the Better Business in your area. Sometimes the contractor will have complaints/compliments. Ask about budgets from previous Jobs, it's important to really know what your expectations are of the contractor and communicate these expectations with the contractor before anything is agreed upon. I think it is important to know that the contractors you are working with is local and established. Secondly ask if they are insured and carry at least the minimum liability that your project/ building is worth, just in a worst case scenario. Check for accreditation through the BBB and references. Ultimately get a feel for their personality because ultimately you need to feel a certain sense of comfortability and trust
