What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask for the address where the work will be done we visit the place where the work was done, we take the measures and give it the estimate of the work. Then we do an invoice with the measurements and price details and give it to you to verify it. We follow up until you make the decision to hire us or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 11 years of experience when it comes to construction. A degree of banking. 16 years experience being an accountant.

The price would all depend on the ground and the conditions, and the work that will be made in the area.
How did you get started in this business?
In the summer of 2007 we moved to Silver Springs where we got our very first job offer, during 9 years i worked for a big company of concrete and 3 years ago with my wife we decided it was time to make our own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our work policy does not judge race, sex, color, religion, anthesity etc. we do not judge the person or the work we are going to do. Our company works to make what we do to satisfy the costumer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To look at the comments of the costumers that the person has done the job for. the costumer knows best and they should know how the person is and how the job turned out.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Terms of labor guaranty, proof of years of experience, line of work and materials.
