Ray came & sat with us for as long as we needed to answer questions, he knows so much about roofing, uses top of the line products & his prices are so reasonable. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! The moment that we met Ray it was obvious that he was so much more knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely concerned about our home than the other people we had met with. Once the crew arrived it was more than obvious that Elmer and the EGAMA team were no different than Ray - which was a huge relief!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First off I need to actually meet the customer and take a look at their restoration project in order to provide them with the proper assessment. Once this has been completed it's onto getting the homeowner a formal quote in writing for their approval. If they choose to move forward we will meet again to sign paperwork and begin the process of getting them on our installation schedule.
