Our friendly office staff is available 6 days a week to assist customers with inquiries, answer questions and schedule appointments.A customer can contact us by phone, chat lead, email or book online. We provide a ballpark price and schedule an appointment providing a two hour window of arrival.  We send an email confirmation with helpful instructions about how to prepare for the service. On the day of your appointment, our service technician will call to let you know he's on his way. When he arrives, he'll begin by completing a pre-cleaning inspection of the areas and items to be cleaned. He'll make a note of any concerns and then get right to work. Our complete cleaning process includes a thorough pre-vacuum, spot cleaning and pre-treating of heavily soiled areas, moving of small furniture, cleaning with our patented hot carbonating cleaning system, groom the carpet and post cleaning inspection. A few days after the cleaning you'll receive a follow up phone call to make sure you were pleased with the service.

As a Chem-Dry franchise owner, our company and technicians are required to participate in ongoing educational programs. All of our technicians are Chem-Dry 5 Star Certified. In addition, my company requires our technicians to be IICRC certified. The IICRC is the leading certifying agency for the carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning industry. As a company we also conduct weekly technician training meetings to insure that we are knowledgeable about any cleaning industry trends. Our newest technician has been with our company for 4 years. Four other technicians have been with our company for 10, 11, 15 and 21 years. They have alot of experience!

Our minimum charge is $139.  For carpet cleaning and tile cleaning we charge based on the size of the room to be cleaned. Smaller rooms that take less time to clean are charged less and larger rooms are charged more. We feel this provides the best value and experience to our customers allowing us to spend as much time as is necessary to clean any size room thoroughly. Upholstery cleaning prices vary depending on the item. We suggest that you call and speak to a customer service represenative who can assist with a ball park price based on the information she'll gather.
