Hello, we are a local business located in LaRue County Kentucky. It is our goal to provide exceptional service at an affordable price. We offer a wide variety of Home and Property services from clean up to General Construction and remodeling. We also offer commercial construction clean up and other services as well. I went to school a few years ago to become a home inspector, when me and my wife purchased our last home I discovered how important home inspectors were to ensuring people are making the correct Financial investments in their homes. In the process of getting my license and starting up an inspection business I decided that no matter how important this position was for folks, the job just wasn't for me. With the average price of a simple bathroom remodel being 25k in Kentucky in 2024, I decided to put my skills to good use. Most folks I know in today's economy cannot afford 25k to remodel a bathroom, they also can't afford general maintenance issues around their home and property that have been occurring over time that haven't been addressed due to the rise in prices with Lumber and everything else in today's world. I also see that in my area if you pick up the phone and call any type of service provider, whether it be home or auto repair or any other service offered out there. It is so hard to get a company to provide a service in a timely and professional manner. It seems like companies only accept work that they want to accept and then it seems as though they are completing this work whenever it is convenient for them and the cheapest easiest way possible. I'm not saying that all companies are unprofessional these days, I'm only speaking on what I've seen in my geographical location and in my experience.
