Called matt and the guys out for a smell ..a real bad smell in our home. As matt came in he noticed the unbearable smell .found the culprit immeadiatley .our sewage pump for basement had qwit running and feces was everywhere.. He and his team cleaned everything tore down system replaced bad pump and had to reclean all again ..no issues and no smell. I recommend them if you need a quality and professional contractor for all your home improvement needs

Had a foul odor coming from home ..called several contractors and took day off work not one company showed up..I called affordable home repair and matt came out .we explained to him there was a serious odor in our home. Didnt take him long to finfmd our issue our basement sewage pump WS not pumping causing raw sewage to back into bathtub and into floor in basement.. After giving me a price I wasnt sure about cost I called a few companies to see about a quote one showed next day that hadnt day prior ..he wanted double the amount ..matt had to take apart sewage tank pump all feces out clean all areas of basement and change out sewage pump .they worked all day long on it and had it fixed same nite .amazing job very clean no mess very organized .explained every step and detail. Glad to have met theese guys and recommend them to everyone tell him Mr Donald sent ya and no Im not the oresident

It was pouring rain and he and his guys git right out in a major downpour set up ladders and found the issue .after tarping off my home to save any further damage from happening , he came in and cleaned uovwater and drywall damage he came nextvday and fixed roof issues and inside issues everything looks better than before ..great guys very polite and respectful .I now use them for all my rental prooerties
