I am a local family owned business. I specialize in repair first then replacement. I will save you money with less overhead. I have been in this business 32 years. I know the Roofing Industry extremely well and can help you with a custom tailored roof and peace of mind!
Helping homeowners and business owners solve problems that are above there head. I will follow through with every project from start to end. I was with a long time local company Roof Mechanics Inc. for 29 years. The business my dad started and sold. I enjoy the Wichita and sorrounding communities and love to volunteer and help out with events and charities right here in our City.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out what there needs are! Without that info I can't help them solve the problem as well! After that I meet with them to look at the roof and offer them several solutions and options. I schedule the job with my customers to accomadate their schedule. We show up with great PRIDE in our work and I check the job twice daily! And then take pictures when completed. Then I do a walkthru inspection with you the homeowner to make sure you are satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College of Engineering at Madison Wisconsin Roof dynamics and the science of water travel. I attend the NRCA Roofing convention each year to stay educated on the new standards in our industry. I also write specs for several counties on residential and commercial Roofing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The base is a minumum of $225 on small repairs on homes and on commercial business $375, all the way up to re-roofing a house or business.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad started Roof Mechanics in 1972 and I started working for him as a young kid. As time progressed I moved up to Vice President.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, Star Lumber, Central Community Church, Park Glenn Church, The Catholic Diocese, AT+T, Genesis Health Club, Rob Snyder, Bob Armstrong at Armstrong Plumbing, KFL, and many other employees and their houses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask, Ask Ask, for credentials. License, Fully insured & Bonded with work comp and general liability, not just one of them. A physical place of business, ask who is the owner and what are his credentials. Ask for prior job references and check up on those. I have been doing this so long I will make sure you are taken care. I will be on the job and inspect it. I am the owner most companies have salesman that don't know much except how to sell you something not roof experience and knowledge.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What, Where, How much area of house, repair or re-roof, time frame when they want it done and cost. I like to repair before any thing is ever replaced, if that is possible which most the time it is. Salesman will try to sell you to replace, not me.
