What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To understand their needs first and foremost. Once we know what they need, we can offer a solution. Whether it's carpet cleaning, or removing that bad smell that seems to come around when the humidity level is just right in the basement, etc. Once we know the problem, we can find the solution that works. Once we show the solution and our qualifications to address the solution, we move forward.

Multiple years of experience.

Certified in: Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Dyeing, Carpet Repair and Re-installation, Water Restoration, Mold Remediation, Advanced Structural Drying, Fire Smoke Remediation, and Home Inspections.

Yes, we have an internal standard price system used by all of our employees. This is not something we share over the internet, but would be happy to give prices over the phone or on an estimate.
