Caretakers Estate Improvements
About
We strive to provide value to every customer by giving proper attention to all the details. We have been registered as a business since 2005, but our experience goes back all the way to the early 1980's.
We save customers time and money by doing thorough cleaning (gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, etc.) and putting quality workmanship into every repair (best material and best techniques). As John Wooden said, "If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?"

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss their needs over the phone. Follow up with an on-site estimate. If they commit to having me do the job, I will schedule it for a time that works for both parties and discuss the payment process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience renovating homes as a homeowner and handyman for others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I stay within the accepted price range for the job in my geographical area, but each job is priced separately based on several factors (time required, technical difficulties involved, physical risk involved, etc.).
How did you get started in this business?
I officially got started in 2005 when I registered in the state of Indiana as an official business and began offering gutter cleaning and repair services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners and property management companies
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently cleaned gutters at several apartment buildings in a small town in Indiana.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Insist on getting 'before' and 'after' photos from the contractor. Get enough information about the process and work being done so you know if you are getting a good value or not.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is it going to cost you if you don't have someone do this job?
What will a professional do that you would not know to do or be able to do on your own?
