I chose Denis for the project - not only because his bid was the most reasonable but also because he had enthusiasm for the job. Denis is very personable and professional and he does not waste time - I received his estimate the same day he came to look at the house - it covered everything we wanted done & what each step would cost. I was surprised to discover he didn't require money up front & that the payment would be made when the project was completed & we were satisfied with the work. Once work began, things moved along quickly & efficiently - Denis was in touch, either by text or phone, the entire time - we always knew when to expect the crew & what they would be doing that day. The crew would arrive, get right to work, work practically non-stop all day & clean up before they left. Within a few days our house was transformed from dirty beige to beautiful sage green.
