Gutters are priced by the footage. Landscaping jobs are priced by materials and labor. Mowing prices vary on square footage. Hauling is based on the size and contents of the load.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started working for myself due to scheduling conflicts with employers as well as loyalty with management and laborers. I have always believed in working hard to achieve financial success, but with my past experiences I learned I can only achieve this if I become self employed. Lining people's pockets that have no hands on the specific job or task but still benefit more than the laborer who was there start to finish. Being on the short end of that stick with past employers is why I became my own boss.
