What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet the customer in person to make sure all there needs are met, we learn about there goal of the project to make sure the budget don't have any waste on resource.

We provide the customer with a road for acieve the goal, explaning the process and provide a design that fit there needs.

We help customer chose material if need and style of the project.

We chose the correct labor for the job and we stay against the customer true the end of the project.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a building engineer in Italy and I was in charge to build production line and run production in a define time.

I'm a therd generation builder in my family and we continue the tradittion.

I have study the material used in the construction business for the past 15 years and how to install it. We Resource material on the daily basic every week to improve your customer sadisfaction and reduce cost.

On the industrial side, I was manager of the maintenance for a company that uses 65 machines on tree shift, improving down time an lost of revenue, managing a team of 9 trade specialist.

I'm specialize on hydraulic, air system, mechanical stress on material electrical controls panels and cnc machine aliment and control.

We take quaterly training clases from manufactures of building material to extend warranty of the product after installation to guarrantee or labor on the project.

We do not, we beleve that every house is build in different ways and before we do our work we need to be sure that we do not cover a problem. We are in business to do make sure the problem is remove for a place where our customer live. 


How did you get started in this business?

We start our business the day that we realize what the customer was paing for there home.We see houses that cost a fortune and when we stat looking around we see poor construction, streach on material quantity and quality. We beleve that the customer after paying a mortgage should have a quality home that reflect the way of life that he or she have.

We work on milion dollars home that they fall apart after 4 years for lack of innovation by the builder or lack of skill of the workers involve.

In all this years of work we never have a call back for redo a job we did and we like to keep it that way.

We are in business to help people and family first, and the retribuittion is a gift for doing he right things.

We like the challange of new design, we like to do thing that no one do, is why people call us. We love modern design and idea.

We study construction on other country and way to do construction that are prove right, we test product ourself first before share with customer.

We are not afraid to be first on construction.

One customer call me for an addittion to there home and I was the only one that tell him not to do the work becouse the equaty in the house was not there. the 6 company that come out before me they give them an estimate when the house value was less $40.000. this was very disturbing to me, and the customer decide not to do the project..I save customer money and I do not even get paid for doing that. but I do the right thing.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do not give work on someone that will not care about you, but only want the money, be sure is licence bonded and insured.

If someone will not work with you on price or other thing, is not the right person.

The ceap way is not only the right way.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

If you are honest with your pros and he is the same with you?

If the progect you intent to do make your life better?

Is the project add value to the home?

Is the need personal or family drive?

If something boders you at the house fix it, you should feel good at your home.
