What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing with working with a new customers finding out what kind of product or service that they are Desiring to have done in their home or business. Then based on that information we help them and guide them through the process to better serve them in every aspect of this project including price for material and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction since I was 17 years old and seen a wide range of construction projects from residential to commercial

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do your homework on whoever is doing the work for you these days there's a lot of guys out there that claim to be contractors but they take people's money and run off so check them out on the BBB and make sure that you vet them properly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of products are you using and what is your price structure like.
