Scam! Demand 50% deposit way ahead before the project. Paid him 20% deposit, After the deposit, contact him for work, not respond. Two weeks later contact home again, respond with requests the more deposit, call for cancel the contact and refund, agreed. But 51 days later, still not refund a single cents.
