What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at your home for an inspection or estimate which we will typically have to you either onsite or within 1 week depending on the scope of work. We bring samples and sign contracts at your kitchen table or will send you to the local big box store to make your selections for interior items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a state licensed, bonded and insured roofing contractor carrying a commerical and residential license. We are certified installers for Certainteed, Owens Corning, GAF, IKO, TAMKO, Atlas, Mastic and vaious other roofing and siding products. We have our Lead Safe Renovators license, are certified by the IICRC for water mitigation with both the WRT and ASD certifications and even have Public Adjusters on staff should you require one.

Pricing depends on too many variables to give an accurate price without seeing the project, based on layers, hieght, steepness, access and material type.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in the home building industry until 2008 when the market crashed and made a career change to a different roofing company who taught me the specifics of the trade before striking out on my own with a commitment to the "Gold Standard" of products and customer service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers with small repairs all the way to large commerical projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently assisted a townhome development who was offered a $7,000.00 settle recoop over $400,000.00 to complete the repairs properly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured properly and have reviews posted online.
