legacy Builders did a wonerfull job completly remodelibg the home we live in. The work was completed in a timely manner, especially considering everthing that needed to be done. the wall paper had to be taken out in 2 rooms and there were multiple layers both of the bathrooms had to be redone the kitchen needed to complete stripped and remodel and all of the floors needed to be taken out and redone. not to mention the whole inside of the house had to be painted. very professional.

After an initial interview by phone or email we set up an introductory meeting to review the overall scope of work. Expectations, design, style, finishes and budget are discussed at this time along with options. A preliminary estimate would then be prepared and reviewed for a follow-up appt.
We are multigenerational builders with over 60 years combined experience in land development, new single & multi family construction, home additions, home renovations and remodeling. We use highly trained employees and licensed subcontractors who are up to date with current trends and municipal codes. We also offer design consultant plus architectural services.
We prepare detailed bid notes after initial consultation with customers and forward to respective subcontractors/vendors with drawings and/or architectural plans (if required). Pricing is broken down into individual line items and material allowances are identified. An initial preliminary estimate (with options) is submitted for review. Subsequent pricing adjustments to the scope of work are documented on future estimates in order to keep track of changes/modifications.
