What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free estimate is provided to our customer and upon customer approval we schedule a date and time that works for the customer to perform the work.
Upon arrival, we perform a walk through with the customer and educate them on the process and how we will perform the work. A camera inspection is done at that time to show the customer what we will be cleaning out of the HVAC system
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in this field. We are also licensed, bonded and insured.
