Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a pre-inspection. This consists of scheduling a time for us to take a look at the areas needing cleaned, getting measurements and addressing concerns. Once we have the necessary information needed to complete the project we send over a proposal. After the proposal is accepted, we schedule a time to perform the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified floor cleaning technicians. We're also a Shaw certified firm.
