What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment for me to meet with potential customer and then meet them and go over the scope of their project. Then I use all the information I gathered and put a estimate together for them and meet with them face to face and go over the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained experience from working for other companies before starting my own company in 2002. I have attended many seminars and exhibitions for new products and methods of installation.
