About
What separates us from our competitors, is that we include pre-treatment, with agitation and dwell time, and a deodorizer in our basic carpet cleaning service. Other companies will offer a low price for a quick pass of the wand, and then charge at a minimum $.20 per square foot for the additional services that we include in our price!
There are three things that I love about my job, in no particular order: I get to work with my wife, we are a great duo! I provide customers a service that helps them to rid their carpet of pollutants and increase their heath. Lastly, providing amazing customer service, and having satisfied customers that are always so pleased with the result of their carpet cleaning service.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our best results begin with open and transparent communication. I will always stand by my quote, based on the information provided, and will work to answer any questions the client has. Once an appointment is confirmed, and I show up for the job, I will perform a thourough walk-thru with the client so they are comfortable in the service I will be providing, as well as the expected outcome of the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified, and I attend classes throughout the year at Jon Don, in Roselle, IL to ensure that I am keeping up with industry trends.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is not complicated. Our basic service includes pre-treatment, agitation, dwell time, and steam cleaning with a deodorizer. We offer pet odor and urine remediation, as well as scotchgard treatment at a per square foot price each.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both residentail and commercial. My residential customers are throughout the Chicagoland suburbs, as well as Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a job for an elderly woman who was very concerned about the price of her carpet cleaning, however needed it cleaned as she was on an oxygen machine. She only asked me to clean the carpet in 2 rooms (because of her budget) but I did the whole house (6 rooms, 2 hallways, and stairs), including moving her furniture. She was so happy, she had tears in her eyes, and offered to make my wife and I dinner. We were just happy we could ease her stress, and improve the air quality in her home. I'd like to think that someone would do the same for my grandmother.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to read the fine print on all carpet cleaning offers. Many companies will get in the customers door by providing an offer that sounds too good to be true, and it usually is. The will attract you with a $6.95 per room offer, but then charge additional for pre-treatment, spot removal, deoderizor, etc. and by the end the price is hundreds of dollars.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Most customers link a clean carpet to a visual appeal, and there is so much more to carpet cleaning than the look of a clean carpet. There are tons of health benefits, especially for children, the elderly, and those suffering from allergies or breathing complications. I wish my customers understood the health benefits more.
