What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting all the pertinent information regarding the cleaning services we will be providing and then we will schedule a date and time to have one of our crews come out to assess the areas and get ready to clean!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OUr truck leaders and technicians are IICRC trained and certified and have on average over 7 years of carpet cleaning experience!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
OUr pricing is based on the Square Footage amountthat we will be cleaning and will be quoted before any service or xleaning begins.
How did you get started in this business?
Spectrum started in 1995 by a referral and training from a friend in St. Louis who is a leader in the industry. Almost 25 years later we are still focused on each client and how we can best serve their needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients and have thousands of homes and commercial spaces that have been professionally cleaned by Spectrum.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Spectrum was able to be a part of helping one of our clients who we have cleaned carpet for who had a water damage emergency. Not only did we take care of the work that was needed but we were able to discount our services to help our clients since they did not have insurance for the work that was done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We always recommend going online and finding out how long the company has been in business, what types of reviews they have online and are they part of the Better Business Bureau. Spectrum has an A+ rating with the BBB and recently won their complaint free award for 2018.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The biggest questions to think about are what areas need to be cleaned and why? also what times work best for cleaning so that the areas being cleaned will have minimal traffic on them until they can dry. The other thing to consider is making sure they get a quote and ask for any and all charges before a company begins. There are many companies that dont do a quote or add on charges that clients dont know about until after the cleaning is done.
