Claesson Carpet Cleaning is a small local family owned & operated business serving most of Kane & DeKalb County. Owner Matt Bromeland has 25 years experience & his daughter Gwen has been working along side for the last 6+ years. We clean carpets, furniture, rugs and even your mattress. We are a 5 time winner of the "Best of DeKalb County" AND also a 5 time winner of the "Best of the Fox" for Kane County as well. We have a 97% return rate by our customers!
Every day my daughter and I go out to customers homes and help them with what they need. Weather it's carpets or furniture or area rugs we go out and do everything we can for our customers. We treat every home as if it was our own. That's why we have built up such a large AND loyal customer base over the years. We hope to add you to that list!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take the time with the customer to answer every question they may have. Weather it's over the phone, by text or in person at their home. We want to get to know you and what your home goes through so we can better recomend what it needs if you're not sure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience in over 14,000 homes in Kane & DeKalb counties. My daughter Gwen has worked with me for the last 6+ years as well. We are both IICRC certified carpet, furniture & rug cleaners.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All carpet cleaning is based on the square footage of each room. Furniture is based on the type of each piece. Arae rugs are based on size and material made from. Protectors and deodorizers vary depending on size of course.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with just about every type of customer possible I think. From a rual farmhouse to million dollar estates. From apartment buildings to corporate accounts and churches.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There is no such thing as a dumb question. You should ask about anything you want to know. I'll take the time to answer 1 or 100 questions you may have.
