What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a conversation about their project, budget, materials and timing. I usually look at project that day or soon after. I give a free no obligation estimate and help with making an informed decision. Once we reach an agreement to start we set a tentative date to get it done. At the conclusion I hope to have earned their 5 star review on a website or two.
