What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can recieve a quote either by phone or online - from there they have the option to reserve an appointment of their choice by date and time.
At the job site, we will do our very best to respect your home, wearing booties, gloves, and masks if desired or by choice of the technician. We will review the quote and areas to be cleaned in person, offering our professioanal expertise when needed.
New customers for us are an opportunity to gain raving new fans. Most people are shocked at the results of our cleanings after we are done, often times because they're under the impression you can only clean carpets one way - with copiuous amounts of water running through a hose.
