What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers love our 5-step process. We begin with a Inspection and a review.
Once we have reviewed the findings of our inspection, we go into Step two, which is to advise our customers all of their options. In here we may also cover insurance claim options.
After Step two, we get into design and selection of their roof materials including flashing, underlayment, ventilation sytems and finishing.
Then we go into step 4 which is pre-installation meeting where we cover with our clients on what to expect on the day of installation. We ensure that their home and landscaping will be left the same condition as it was when we start. We do a pre- walk through.
The last step is installation and post work walk through. Our company prides itself on our workmanship and customer satisfaction. We start and finish our work in timely and professional manner. We will do a complete walkthrough and answer any questions you may have. We will review and advise you on your roof warranty.
