What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have potential customers explain what they need us to accomplish so we can gain a better understanding of their current situation. During our discovery process, we ask about the age of the roof, prior repairs (if any), type and color of shingle (if known), how many stories the home is and if the job will be paid for out of pocket or with the assistance of insurance. Our main goal here is to get as much information about the state of the roof as possible so we can schedule a physical inspection.
