How did you get started in this business?
My family owns and operates a real estate developement company and I began installing roofs for their projects. I then went on to open and run a commercial and residential roofing business in Florida. I have recently moved back to Georgia to be close to family and friends. I hold licenses in Georgia and Alabama.

I have both residental and commercial customers. Additionally, I am a service provider for a major home improvement store in Georgia and Alabama.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a customer that decided they didn't like the color of the roof after we had installed half of it. They had approved the color in a contract but I was able to negotiate with the installers and the shingle providers to get the services discounted so they could have the roof they truly wanted without costing too much extra. The entire job was corrected and reintalled within 24 hours
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get at least two estimates but make sure your are comparing "apples to apples". Once you have the estimates. trust your gut - sometimes the contractor you like isn't the cheapest option. It's okay to pay a little extra for piece of mind.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be specific about what you want and make sure your estimate states numbers and prices.
