About
Hi, My Greg, My personal journey began in 1983 sanding 2story houses on 40-foot ladders "How Special" this was the scariest experience I have ever had... NO CAP! climbing 2story houses on a ladder well it took a week to get unscared.... how about that…. wow…just shaking my head and lol…. Yes!! that was the actual beginning of my construction career that shape me into an industry pro tech... I started getting good at sanding houses, thereafter I would properly pressure wash the entire house cleaning all dust and dirt so that the priming and painting will apply well... trained well on the importance of Prep work before painting which included caulking, spackle and sealants that provided prolong protection from the elements after painting was completed... after 6 years of painting in 1989 I started training in carpentry and framing with a commercial construction company that was training new recruits thereafter in 1990 I became a journeyman and did really well in project completions and time management and went on for years thereafter working with commercial construction projects and residential new construction builds... 2002 began rehab of residential properties continued working with other pro trades such as; electricians, plumbers, flooring, drywall, roofers and havoc techs and it really helped me tremendously in understanding the entire process of renovations, restorations and overall the process of residential projects what has to be done and how long should it take to complete... thereafter learning the gov safety codes, fundamentals, wiring diagrams, fixture replacements, plumbing diagrams, drainage schematics, maintenance and replacement of fixtures this was strictly residential training... in 2004 began completing residential projects as a multi tech pro which helped me tremendously to understand current local safety code enforcement…this is what kept me on point with time management and my word with the client on the exact time of completion of their project... continued on learning more ways to save time and save cost to clients project...2011“General Construction & Consultant Group LLC was established and registered with the state…thereafter began helping clients with their ideas and assistance regarding their project… our team have come a long way and we have a great experience throughout our journey, worked with some of the best pro trades and clients since 1983…

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am so execited about this awesome family that will finally return home after a major event that changed their lives forever the most important part for this family is to be able return home... so my crew and I decided to donate all labor to complete their house...and the can use that money for something else especially after leaning that they grew up in and life would really devastate even further, the home was finally finished and to see the joy from this family after a major tragic event this family endured now to see them soooo happy, smiling excited to have their home back but we added 2 extra rooms and did some yard work so when they finally seen their new home words just cant describe what i witnessed would be something i will always remember how a little help can go a long way
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Try to have is much details about your project, if you looking to upgrade or update its always best to visit stores and get the sku #s to your product(s) and or color(s) if you are painting... what happens thereafter is you pro can get your project completed in a shorter time which allows us to free up the clients time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When would you like to start your project after you have confirmed a quote?
Do you have product Sku#s chosen already and or color(s) if you are painting?
Will we need to move furnitures, beds or anything to access and do the work?
