Answering as many questions as possible. Educating the client. And establishing good customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certification. carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, window treatments, mattress cleaning as well. We also provide carpet repairing and new carpet and floor sales.

How did you get started in this business?
23 years ago. A friend introduced me to the business. Four years later I started my own company. The rest is history.

We have worked with a number of different clients. From actors to musicians to athletes. Famous people to the everyday clients that have made our business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask who, when, where. Be comfortable with making queries its your right. Talk about expectations as well.
