What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free inspection, explain the next step to take with your insurance company, then meet with you and them for their inspection too, all for free. Then we provide the necessary repairs with better quality materials than insurance pays for all for the estimate/money they give. That means no out of pocket expense for our clients (some insurance deductibles may apply).
