What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to gather basic information on a customer to verify that we are a good fit as a contractor. In our pre-sale process, we discuss the scope of work desired, budget, and our customers' long term needs at their property. Once we have determined that the proposed project matches our company's offering, we will set an appointment to view the property and collect details, organize a proposal and/or design, and provide those to the customer for acceptance.
Once a homeowner has agreed to perform work with us, they will be contacted by a manager who will handle their permitting, HOA, and material ordering process. Once we are ready to begin the job, the homeowner will be introduced to their dedicated Project Manager who will be their sole point of contact for all job related questions throughout the construction phase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is licensed as a Roofer and General Contractor in the entire state of Florida.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes and no. Our company offers a variety of different construction services. Sometimes a standard price per square foot applies. Often times, though, projects are priced based on a large scope of work and multiple different services.
