What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts when I come to look at the job, we discuss with the customer what they expect from us, then we calculate the price and start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started working in my own company I worked in several remodeling companies, I have 6 years of experience specifically with remodeling bathrooms but also with flooring, finish carpentry, painting, dry wall, framing etc.

The price will be calculated after visiting the project, we need to see what we will do, prices vary according to the cost and time requirements

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a complete bathroom remodel for my customers, the bathroom before me was done by a contractor who didn't know what he was doing and messed up the project, we tore down everything the previous contractor did, we did a beautiful bathroom for our customers and when the lady paid us at the end she hugged us, cried and said she should have hired us first..
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I don't understand the question, it depends what the customer needs help with
