What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best thing to do for a new customer is to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Sometimes the customer wants a quote before we see the job and that is fine. We work according to what is the best for our customers. We can give a free estimate through the email, by texting or calling. It is always good to talk with the customer in person so that way We can understand all the expectations and what the customer wants for thr job. We can help since the beginning with the measurements and also indicating goods materials and where to buy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Environmental Engineer and over the past 5 years I got the chace to work as a flooring installer and it became my passion. I trained with several specialists before I become an expert in this area. I can affirm that my teams and I are professional and we do our best for the customer satisfaction and happiness.
