Our Company's name is Carpet Genie Corp. We have been in business since 2005. We started out just as carpet cleaners and since then have grown into a full service fabric cleaner as well as Duct cleaning, Upholstery, VCT tile polishing and ceramic tile and grout cleaning. What sets us aside is actually the process. Most carpet cleaners have the same basic type of equipment. The difference being Honda quality vs Rolls Royce. We use an emulsifier to made from oranges, it reduces the oil hair and other foreign fibrous and non fibrous particles.From the truck is heated water that averages approximately 200 degrees. This Method removes everything that can possibly be removed while adding a drying agent with no residue or chance of wicking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will tell us how many areas or rooms that need cleaning. They will then usually explain areas of concern. We accept all methods of payment, and we also explain that prior to the appointment. We aslo explain our guarantee, get the homes address and a good contact number.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Institute for carpet restoration and training. Our technicians must pass a blood born pathogen certification, understanding PH, acids and Alkilines.
