SINCE 1987 Arturo “Art” Diaz-LLompart is a seasoned Landscape Designer with over 25 years experience, his expertise include Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects. His responsibilities have included:... Operational/Project Management, Design, and Fiscal success of ( The GardenShop Inc.) his SanJuan,PR.based Landscaping Design -Build /Contractor & Property Maintenance firm for 19 years (1987– 2002 ). Experienced in Landscaping and Garden Designs through-out South Florida, the Caribbean, Brazil and other countries ((1987–-2021 ) where he has lived and traveled, have enriched his artistic landscaping, garden design re-sources and skills.
Arturo has now re-located to South Florida(2003-2016)A.DIAZ-LLOMPART -LANDSCAPING AND GARDENS DESIGN STUDIO, and has added to his extensive portfolio of designs and installations many customers in: Star Island (Miami), HibIscus Island and Palm Island. He has also helped beautify homes and neighborhoods in the Cities of: Dade and Broward counties as Coral Gables, Miami Beach ,Ft. Lauderdale,Polo Club @ Boca Raton , Boca West @ Boca Raton,West Palm Beach, Coral Springs( Heron Bay private residences and sub divisions common areas ), and Parkland ( Parkland Gulf and Country Club , private residences )Cities of Sunrise, Tamarac,Orlando,FL . Georgia, N Carolina USA - Colombia , Brazil,Caribbean area . Now in the Miami base studio, and with associates and Suppliers in all landscaping fields ,A.DIAZ-LLOMPART -LANDSCAPING AND GARDENS DESIGN STUDIO - has team up, with the best of South Florida pro’s.
A.DIAZ-LLOMPART -LANDSCAPING AND GARDENS DESIGN STUDIO -MIAMI .FL USA, and Associates are a landscape design studio that combines a high level of artistic design with respect for architectural context. Residential design is the core of our work but our design principles . We seek inspiration from the past and are guided by aspects of traditional design but we are acutely aware of clients who have a need for a more modern aesthetic. Architecture is the most vital of the arts and we always strive to compliment it with appropriate designs and plantings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the lead ,,interview the customer to find out about his project and expectations .
Send the customer by email an Instruction and General data about us .
Make an appointment to visit the premises and interview in person the customer ,take photos.
Send a design proposal price by email .
If the Customer agrees ,must transfer o deposit the Down Payment (50% of design fee ) .And the balance when the design is final and approved .
The design documentation is send to one of the Landsc. Installation Contractor for a Pre Estimate .
I will send the design renders and documents to one of the Associate Landscaping Installation Contractor ..to coordinate and meet the Contractor and close the deal .
