I receive the lead ,,interview the customer to find out about his project and expectations .
Send the customer by email an Instruction and General data about us .
Make an appointment to visit the premises and interview in person the customer ,take photos.
Send a design proposal price by email .
If the Customer agrees ,must transfer o deposit the Down Payment (50% of design fee ) .And the balance when the design is final and approved .
The design documentation is send to one of the Landsc. Installation Contractor for a Pre Estimate .
I will send the design renders and documents to one of the Associate Landscaping Installation Contractor ..to coordinate and meet the Contractor and close the deal .
