What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically speak with potential customer to determine if I can help them. If so, I usually schedule a meeting at the job or public place that is comfortable to further determine what the customer is looking for & to let them meet me to determine if we feel comfortable with each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate. I am a state Certified General Contractor since 1978. I have worked in the mortgage business, appraisal business, Real Estate Brokerage Business & property inspection business & have over 40 years of experience in construction.
