Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, usually I will be called out to do an estimate and that will be the first in-person interaction between the customer and myself. If they agree with the estimate I give them and they hire me to clean, besides getting paid afterward, that pretty much sums up how the process goes with any new customer. We then can look forward to the next time they want us to come back and clean again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have IICRC training in commercial carpet cleaning, General Carpet Cleaning training by CLEANCARE Restoration Academy and Carpet Cleaning Technician training by National Pro Clean Corp.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge by the actual square footage cleaned, also taking into consideration the carpet fiber type, the soil load (how dirty it is), severity of staining, and the age of the carpet and how damaged it may be.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You get what you pay for, so if you want professionals, you pay more for their ability in demonstrating professionalism from start to finish, and that includes professional results. If you want cheap, you pay for cheap, you get cheap.
