What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Contact call: within moments of receiving your emergency call, a certified technician will personally contact you.
- Introduction & Process walk-through: a certified technician will arrive to your property ready to inspect your damage areas, He will check for moisture and stop the damage at its source and examine adjacent areas.
- Pretesting: we will determine what kind of water damage repair, fire damage remediation service is needed.
- Set up & clean up Restoration: property to be restored correctly right from the start. We work with the most updated procedures to restore your property efficiently and to your satisfaction.
- Monitoring: during the dry out processes, a certified technician will monitor the humidity levels and temperature with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Testing: We take tasting seriously, inspecting your property with a verity of tools to find any traces of water damage that could have not been detected before.
- Final Walk-through: once all water damage has been stopped, and you are completely satisfied, your Servxpress Restorations technician will do a final walk-through with you explaining or answering any inquiries you might have.
