What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the first call, email or text. We ask as many questions as possible to have the best understanding of our customer's needs. We like to schedule a time to come out and give an exact estimate for items to be cleaned. We also like to inform each customer of the total process from start to finish. We believe in thorough communication from first contact until job completion!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all IICRC certified in everything we do from carpet cleaning to polishing marble.
