My husband and I were trained and became very knowledgeable, working for Stanley Steemer, we worked very hard and they encouraged us to go into business on our own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. People are people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go out to the back of their truck, if you hear a lawn mower engine, that's a portable, alot of company's aren't honest and claim they steam cleaning and dont, they have a caboda engine bolted in the back and that's a portable. Remember when a carpet is left full of soap, soap attracts dirt and that's how the carpets get dirty so quickly. It's like washing your hair and not rinsing the soap out.
