Magic Wand Clean is a family owned and operated business located locally in Naples. Herb has been a carpet cleaner in Naples for over 30 years, and Shannon worked for a large company where he learned carpet, tile and grout and upholstery cleaning.
We are proud to provide a healthy indoor living environment for our customers and their families! It's always nice to see the smiles on their faces once they see their fresh, clean carpet and floors

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at your home, we will ask that you show us the areas you would like to have cleaned and any spots you may have concerns about. Once the initial walk through is complete, we pretreat all the areas to be cleaned, focusing on traffic areas and any spots.
Once the carpet has been cleaned, you will be able to walk on it, we just recommend no shoes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Herb has been a carpet cleaner in Naples since the 1990's. Shannon has over 13 years of experience in carpet cleaning. Not only steam cleaning but also the bonnet or carbonated cleaning method (dry cleaning). Steam cleaning is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers and myself since I have personally witnessed the difference.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years, I have worked with all types of customers. From cleaning multi-million dollar homes, office buildings, to restaurants and churches. Everyone needs their carpet cleaned at some point, so I hope to help and provide great service for them!
