What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer interested in our services can call us or email us what they want done, we will give them an estimate and if they want us to come and clean their carpets then we schedule a date and time for that appointment. We always call a day or two before the appointment to make sure the customer is still available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this job for 40 years, my father who has been doing this job for all of his life had trained me since I was young to do this job as well.

3 rooms for $99
each additional room is $35
$4 per step on the stairs
Upholstery cleaning
$40 per chair
$60 for loveseat
$89 for a 3 seated couch
110$ for a sectional
area rug = $0.75 per square feet
tile cleaning = $0.75 per square feet
stains are $15 per room
How did you get started in this business?
My father was in this business his whole life and when I was young he began teaching me his job and bringing me to work to help him. When I was able to, I started my own carpet cleaning business and haven't looked back.
