A. Steam Cleaning is Not exactly what its Called. The process they use pumps gallons of hot water and detergent in your carpeting. Which inevitably will make mold and mildew spores grow in the pading under the rug, due to no air circulation. Encapsulation or dry foamThis 90% Air and only 10% Moisture, Allowing your Carpet To Be Fully Dry in 2 Hours. The moisture stays in the carpet fibers;not the padding under the rug.
