What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So my process is simple will set up a time for me to meet at the property go over with the work they want done I will write up a proposal with the estimated total cost if they except my proposal I will then to collect a deposit from them for materials usually around 40 to 50% of total bill then I will go ahead and start ordering materials needed for job what materials have arrived we will begin to start work at an agreed date and time and finish on an agreed date. We conduct ourselves professionally on the job site and take pride in my work.
