3. IF AGREEMENT IS MET, CONTRACT SIGNED AND WORK IS SCHEDULED (via text message or email)
4. IF THERE ARE MATERIALS WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT THE DAY THE WORK BEGINS
5. ONCE COMPLETED INVOICE IS SENT AND PAYMENT IS DUE THE DAY OF COMPLETION
