What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the first step. The office takes the homeowner's or business contact and location information.
Then we go over the problem(s) or any issues they are experiencing. The office informes the individual we work with an infrared camera to dectect the leaks.
An appointment is scheduled with the field technician for a home/business visit and photos are taken where the issues is occuring.
The field technician will make recommendations and return to the office for a formal proposal and photos for the individuals records.
Once the appropriate individual(s) review the proposal, an appointment is then scheduled to begin repair(s) once proposal is approved.
The field technician takes photos of the entire repair process and once the repair is completed, an invoice and photos are sent for payment and records for individual(s) files.

Master Leak Repair has over 20 years of construction experience that began in Shaumberg Illinois.
Master Leak Repair moved to the mountains in 2014 to continue helping people solve their water infiltration problems.

Every situation and issue is different. So every customer is treated with utmost respect beginning in the office on the phone to 1st time location visit. The field technician will walk through the recommendation process with the individual(s).
How did you get started in this business?
We started helping our new construction businesses stop leaks from water coming in from windows, doors, skylights and chimneys that no other company was able to solve.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, HOA's, apartment management, shopping centers, condo management and hotels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We assisted a gentleman and his wife whom had new windows installed by a major retail store. A week later they called us stating water was coming in from their windows in the walls and onto the floors.
We made an emergency windows and used the infrared camera and discovered that water was rotting the framing of the home due to the windows being installed incorrect.
We made room in our schedule to take care of this family the same day. The repair took 4 days but it was complete with success.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as you like. If they are refused or not sure of the answers, then call someone else.
Research them on BBB and other accredited areas. An experienced company has no issues releasing information.
Ask about how funds are managed onvce a project is in contract form.
