What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first to see the scope of work our customer is interested in. From there we determine different products, styles, etc and determine what exactly they are looking to get done. Once we complete that we send our customer an estimate with the scope of work and once it is approved we will get the job scheduled.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies on every project but the main factors to change prices are. 1. Size of job 2. Accessibility of job (can we park our trailer in the driveway? Is this a mountain home with a steep driveway?) 3. Product you would like installed. 4. How steep is the roof? We do run promotions on our Facebook and Instagram so always look out for that! We offer discounts to military and first responders all year long.
How did you get started in this business?
My family owned a construction company so I always helped in the summer time growing up. After I graduated from school I began working in the construction restoration industry and have not looked back. I love what I do every day and hope to help as many people as possible that need our services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and Commercial property owners. Have worked with some property managers and insurance agents as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent project that I am most fond of was a mountain home we did near Breckenridge with a short deadline due to the home being sold. The Customer had numerous contractors visit the site and many companies did not want to take the job because of location and accessibility. We had to get creative with material delivery and we found a way to get it all done safely and efficiently. The job would have normally took one day but due to circumstances of location and accessibility it took us 3 days to complete. What most made me happy about the job was seeing the face of our customer after it was all done. She was worried she would not be able to get the job done before closing but Frontline Contractors was able to get everything done on time!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you find a good local company that is not a storm chaser. Find a company that you feel comfortable with and can help guide you throughout the entire process whether its remodeling your home or helping you step by step on an insurance claim on your property. Always verify they are a licensed contractor in your city and even ask for referrals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We love to be the experts in our field and love to answer questions but some questions that customers can think through before talking to a professional are.... 1. What do they want in a contractor? 2. What is the timeline you would like this project to get started and completed? 3. What are the reasons for this project? Is it a leak? Are you selling the property? 4. What kind of warranty are you looking for?
