What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival of the cleaning my customers and I walk through the rooms and inspect. I give the expectations on how it will clean and any concerns I have about stains. A final price is given. Once the cleaning is finished, we will go through how the cleaning went and if there are any permanent stains. I'll answer all questions and ask for payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take yearly courses to keep up with what is new and to learn new ideas.
