Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process for working with a homeowner is to set up a bid meeting with our client and then give them a formal bid with-in 24 hours.  Then if they are happy with the bid we sign a contaract or send them a revised bid and then sign a contract.  We typically have an asphalt roof completed with-in 2 weeks of a signed contract even during the peak season.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years experiance in custom home building and roofing.  We are a class C licensed contractor.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
